Eva has spent her career focused on building strong brands and developing cohesive marketing strategies to move businesses forward. She leads companies to reach their highest potential by pushing them to innovate beyond mediocrity. In addition to strategy development and implementation, Eva enjoys creating content through social media marketing – securing her clients to be industry leaders.
Her range of professional marketing experience including the healthcare, manufacturing, real estate, education, insurance and nonprofit industries, allows her to approach business solutions from a variety of perspectives.
Eva holds her master's in business administration from St. Ambrose University, with an undergraduate degree in marketing and public relations. She currently serves as a board member for the St. Ambrose University Alumni and the Dubuque Symphony Orchestra.
Noelle has been working with Lotus Marketing since 2020. She enjoys being creative, which led her to develop her skills in content creation and social media marketing. Building these skills throughout her academic career has led her to focus on helping companies develop their marketing strategies in innovative ways. She also appreciates building interpersonal connections with the local companies that Lotus works with.
Throughout her college career, she has had experience working with companies ranging from nonprofits, insurance, medical and real estate.
Noelle is in the final stage of earning her undergraduate degrees in marketing and business analytics, with a minor in rhetoric and public writing at Loras College. In addition to her studies, she is actively involved in the college honors program.
